Yes you're right, many people don't know (or want to) train juniors to seniors, a lot of companies even just hire straight seniors.

I'm not sure I agree that coimpanies as for Nodejs because of webpack. There are many modern bundlers out there that require much less config liek vite and parcel. Sure there are a few node APIs that can be used for modifications but for the most part, you can get away with the presets they provide.

It's an interesting point about Storybook. It's something I've heard of but never used in all the companies I've worked at. IMO the fastest way to grow is trail by fire, try the hard stuff first 💪 😁
